If you repress behavior and thought through double speak, the truth becomes distorted and disfigured and surfaces in new ways. The left are the real racists, notice they still practice segregation, division, hate speech/rhetoric. Notice they're the first to call you names, or label you, it's just them basically calling you a nigger in their head but using another word as a surrogate.
It's better to not repress, to express yourself as you are without distortion, because then when your anger surfaces it isn't distorted, it's real and raw, and it's easier to be self aware of it and control it. It's worse to assume that aren't something because it erases any self awareness allowing these incongruent thoughts to metastasize into something grotesque and disfigured.
If a person tells you straight up "I don't like you" you know where you stand, you are aware and can plan and adjust. If someone doesn't tell you, then you'll never know and you'll keep rubbing that person the wrong way without any awareness until they blow up on you.
