What a piece of work this shit is. I do understand his thinking:

  1. He wants employees back in the office so he can rent his office space.

  2. He's annoyed by kids demanding a work/life balance.

  3. He'd clearly like to go back to a more feudal system.

This guy should eat a big pile of shit.

"I want super high unemployment so people are clamoring to work at my business and will do whatever I say for fear of losing their jobs."

Fuck off. If unemployment is that high, who will be buying your business's goods and services? What a retard.

There was a social contract back in the day whereby employers paid a living wage and, in return, got an honest days work from people. This allowed families to live on one income and still manage to buy a house, a car, and send their kids to college. This contract was broken when the employers decided to outsource good paying jobs to countries where they could pay the workers much less and the employers could make more money for their own companies.

My thought as well. We are at peak corporate greed.

Yes, we need a lot more of that. These people are truly demons in human skin.

I would like to read about all of the employment related interventions which continue to push us toward feudalism. - inflation is #1 - health insurance employment linkage, combined with soaring medical costs - minimum wage disallows low productivity employment and building work experience - policies which increase housing costs - wage depressing foreign labor programs - deductibility of interest This could go on and on and on.
