Ever see old ads from the 60s and 70s for houses that show the price? Put it into an inflation calculator and realise amazing houses could be bought for 60/70k in great locations. On a single wage too. We had a great country once

You want to be disgusted? Just input your current salary into an inflation calculator and compare it to 2018. My wage has the exact same buying power today than it did then despite increasing by $16k.
