Well. Being in jail for something somewhat small like thief without causing physical harm vs a violent nigger rapist.. I would say that yeah, you can commit crimes against other criminals.

Not all fuck-up's deserve the colosseum treatment. Many do, and all of the ones that commit some types of crime do.. Just without that "earn your freedom" part. Nope, cage match. You never get out.

All prisons should be solitary confinement and this situation is avoided.

Depending on the crime im not sure I disagree. However, the cost makes that impossible.

Also, its is rightfully known as cruel and unusual punishment for a reason.
