Capital W unless you are a fucking kike. Also, you make an assumption that it is White. Light skin does not mean White. It could be a kike or some other light-skinned non-human.

This isn’t the German language, we don’t capitalize every noun., and I refuse to play by their retarded rules. So, no, I will not be capitalizing white, nor will I be capitalizing black.
