Funny side note, I was walking with my wife for a night out to grab some food in the city and a nigger midget on a very small bike was riding it opposite direction on the sidewalk. I wanted to knock him over but chose against it. He looked like Tyrion Lannister from GoT but was a negro. It was completely hilarious. I'd never seen a creature like that before. He wouldn't stick out so much if he didn't ride his tiny bike into people on the opposite side of the road on the sidewalk instead of following cycling rules. Public cycling is basically a vehicle and you have to follow road rules, stop signs, red-light etc and you're not permitted on the sidewalk since it's for people walking. It's not a sidebike. In retrospect I feel bad for the mentally incompetent freak.
