Psych nurse here

One of my patients, “Katie”, who is a “M to F” weirdo reported me for misgendering him. I’m talking bald headed dude, full beard, deep man voice. He ended up getting real aggressive with the female staff and I had to shoot him up with some good night juice. I told him that that wasn’t very ladylike. Anyway, I’m not allowed to be on the unit he’s on until he is discharged.

You have clearly never worked in psych so shut your ass up. I’ve been in the field for years, but just became a nurse. When a patient gets physically aggressive with staff, it is protocol to sedate/seclude them. Also, it is natural for any human being to refer to an individual with a full beard and deep voice as male. It was never done on purpose until I said “that wasn’t very ladylike”. Please stay in your lane

Haha, I've been in healthcare longer than you've been alive sparky. No I never worked in psych- boring and dangerous. You must be the genius teaching us all about the three valves in the heart. Still, you got your ass kicked off the unit for creating chaos with a patient. Sounds to me like you're the one that needs to "stay in your lane".
