You have clearly never worked in psych so shut your ass up. I’ve been in the field for years, but just became a nurse. When a patient gets physically aggressive with staff, it is protocol to sedate/seclude them. Also, it is natural for any human being to refer to an individual with a full beard and deep voice as male. It was never done on purpose until I said “that wasn’t very ladylike”.
