If we had what we once did: a mono culture and high trust society, a driver's license would be unnecessary at all. People would simply drive responsibly. Instead, we have people who can barely breath on their own, driving automobiles, bikes, scooters and so on. Not to mention people walking watching their cell phones.

Stop sign or red light you stop. It's a vehicle.

Pedestrians always have right of way unless j-walking etc.

I purposely walk in the path of escooters and ebikes blazing through red lights or stop signs with my shoulder and elbows ready for a nice ice hockey styled bodycheck.

I've only ever had one who didnt swerve out of the way and I got him right in the head and neck and he crashed running through a stop sign. I left the area so I wouldn't get in trouble. Thankfully it was at night so there were no witnesses.
