This guy was murdered, the video from a neighbor across the street is out and he says "hold on one moment" and then they just shoot him. He didn't fire or have a gun, none of his memes are legally threats, they're speech. I've said significantly closer to the "line", as have quite a few users and did so on poal. The issue is that "significantly closer to the line" is still light-years away from being remotely close to what is required for something to be a threat.
