If I had to make an assumption based on only these two images... I'd assume this is the front row, the bicyclist lost control, hitting and eventually going over the barrier.

No idea of the context here, but I'd take a guess and say that rounded glasses wearing dude shielding himself with his breed to avoid chad smacks insulted the chad and thought he'd get away with it as he's used to being a loudmouth online. But things went hilariously different this time.

Ii think this was a cycle race and the rider crashed into the stadium. A bit like a baseball game when a player loses the bat into the crown and the crowd scrambles for cover.
