At this point I assume that anyone who works as an actor in Hollywood, particularly if they started as a child, had been abused in some way. It's by now a cultural ritual for them. The ones who are already there know it is happening and who is doing it. They stay silent to protect their careers, for which they endured similar abuse. Women who go through this sort of abuse are much more likely to abuse their own children. Which is why we see so many Hollywood types with "trans" kids.
