Since the race/name is not mentioned but they have the person in custody you know its a /s/guesstherace. If a random white dude "mowed down a bunch of illegals" it would be all over the damn place already. I could be wrong but im betting it was not intentional, drugs/alcohol and a stolen vehicle.
