I assume the adrenaline rush after almost being shot in the fucking head would justify grabbing his gun and shooting him back as fast as possible aka self defense? How could you expect the worker to know exactly where the retaliation bullets would end up? Not that it matters but this is some wild shit not sure I've ever seen a case like this. Godspeed to the worker just trying to get through the day, hope he recovers soon.

I'm hoping the DA is intentionally overcharging him, because any sane judge/jury would throw this out immediately with prejudice and he will walk totally free.

I wish we didn't live in such a kike world that he would need to be charged at all. I'm sure this is on video, I'm sure the incident is like... "Thief snooping around, worker comes out and tells him to beat it, thief refuses, worker approaches him, thief pulls gun and fires twice as the worker moves in and grabs him. Probably deflected the barrel from his face, preventing a headshot, then wrestled the gun away and popped the thief once or twice."

It doesn't sound like he fucking tried to execute the thief- he's alive. In a sane world, he'd be 100% justified in shooting that fucker in the back of the head after dropping him- he literally just tried to fucking murder him. It's so enraging just having to talk about this like there's any gray area. There is NONE here. The man defended his life from a ruthless murderer.
