Both survived... **And they're BOTH BEING CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER.** Welcome to NYC, the "greatest city in the world", where even when someone SHOOTS YOU IN THE FUCKING HEAD AND BELLY, if you wrestle the gun away from them and shoot them, you will be treated exactly like the vicious criminal who tried to murder you when their theft failed. This is truly astounding. How often does this happen- where a criminal tries to murder someone, the intended victim turns the tables and nearly kills the criminal, and then *both* are charged with the same fucking thing, attempted murder? In a sane world, this would be thrown out before it even reaches trial. But this is Clown World. I think the unspoken law, is that you must be mortally wounded before you are even allowed to call your attacker a dirty word- if you call them a "piece of shit thief" *before* they slit your throat, that's like, some sort of hate crime, I think.
