How can a country (any country) that will put you in jail for speech be considered free?

Also, How can a country that would freeze and then take their citizens assets for daring to protest extremely unpopular legislation be considered free?

Seems like everyone on the top of that list are far from free.

Don't you understand? It's a matter of how (much) free (stuff you give to migrants) and how much your government follows the will of (((the people))).
