Honestly, if you have good people who love others, they would use their extraordinary business/management ability to help others instead of exploiting them. Nobody is going to love a bunch of foreign tribes interspersed throughout the land. If we promoted people based on goodness, we would have incompetent morons running things. Really, there should be caps on people acquiring too much since this ultimately comes at the expense of others.

Also, preventative measures to keep out those that would invest and rot the system.
