Not sure where you are bud but here on Long Island that ship sailed long ago. They block The L.I.E. for pothole "repair", accidents, shit on the road etc. They'll block it any chance they get because COPS love doing that shit and dragging their shift into OT so they can bank coin while fucking up people. they LOVE it. And the roads here all look like the meme but worse.
