"the attendance policy is bullshit"

Walmart made significant crackdowns to their attendance policy back in 2019 because it was hard to fire Associates for attendance. They made it easier, since Associates would call out two days one week, then show up for 2 weeks, then no-call no-show for 3 days straight. If you can't be reliable, don't apply to work there, it's that simple.
