Found it. It was from a 10 month old article. Looks like these was "anti vax" vandalism. Still fucky.

EDIT: It's RECYCLED for an anti-fascist article. Fuck these lazy journalists.

No. Stop being so fucking soft. I checked when I saw this thread 2 days ago, on 4 December on cuckchan. This same image was posted there. I was going to submit it but I could fine no article. Also Fascism is good, it cures the jew. The jew fears Fascism. is the original article from where the image is found.
