The coercion is most definitely already happening. I read a story of some guy who was seeking help for a moderate issue and was appalled when they suggested he kill himself. I don't remember the details but it boiled down to killing him was cheaper than the treatment. Yay commie medicine!

That's just sick. I just had a vision of the future where there are many tiers of insurance. The poor will only get options of death when treatment costs outside their tier limit.
