lumumba is the 8th black mayor, in a row, of jackson, mississippi.....representing 25 years of continuous, black, democrat leadership. (and complete control of the water system, whose $1.5 billion in revenues it received.)

in 5 years he finishes turning a first-world city into a third-world city.

now, of course, after 5 years of his own political waste, fraud, incompetence and financial mismanagement, he says "somebody needs to give us a billion dollars to fix our water plant because....ummmmm...racism."

Blacks are always going to scream "racism" because no matter how many advantages they are given over whites, Asians and Hispanics, their innate incompetence and stupidity will prevent them from collectively advancing themselves. The handful of niggers who are not 85 IQ or below have done very well for themselves. You have to remember that what we are dealing with, when we talk about niggers as a group in society, is equivalent to the kids on the short bus without their protective helmets. Niggers are functionally retarded. By that I mean, if whites were that stupid, they would be classed as retards. You can't expect a bunch of retards to perform at the level of the average white person. It won't ever happen, no matter how much money you throw at it.

Well, yes, that, and they stole 25 years worth of revenue from water bills without spending it on maintenance of the water system. That's $60 million a year, for 25 years, squandered and stolen. $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS in theft and incompetence.

The Mayor, of course, is saying, "Well somebody needs to give us a billion dollars to fix our water plant."
