Jackson, mississsippi elects chokwe lumumba, an incompetent, "progressive" radical black activist as mayor, and within 5 years, the city policy of redirecting big city services and contracts to small, inexperienced, and incapable minority-owned firms, they finish completely destroying his city's water system. lumumba is the 8th black mayor, in a row, of jackson, mississippi.....representing 25 years of continuous, black, democrat leadership. (and complete control of the water system, whose $1.5 billion in revenues it received.) in 5 years he finishes turning a first-world city into a third-world city. now, of course, after 5 years of his own political waste, fraud, incompetence and financial mismanagement, he says "somebody needs to give us a billion dollars to fix our water plant because....ummmmm...racism."
