Blacks are always going to scream "racism" because no matter how many advantages they are given over whites, Asians and Hispanics, their innate incompetence and stupidity will prevent them from collectively advancing themselves. The handful of niggers who are not 85 IQ or below have done very well for themselves. You have to remember that what we are dealing with, when we talk about niggers as a group in society, is equivalent to the kids on the short bus without their protective helmets. Well, yes, that, and they stole 25 years worth of revenue from water bills without spending it on maintenance of the water system. That's $60 million a year, for 25 years, squandered and stolen. $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS in theft and incompetence.

Of course, the "journalist" doesn't ever point out that Jackson, and its water system, have been run exclusively by blacks for 25 years....and that the city has taken in ~$1.5 BILLION dollars in water bill payment revenue over that time...... money which disappeared without the significant required maintenance being done on the water system.
