Nuclear is the most effecent. I still think there is a way to make solar/wind/hyrdo work for us. I just think the way it's currently being shoveled down our throats is toxic.

We've tried for decades and still can't even reach an affordable efficiency.
This is good for people living in off-grid cabins who don't need to rely on a lot of energy, but it isn't sustainable for anyone else.
