I was once in county jail, and the AC from the ceiling was on full-blast, 24-7. I was told it's malicious compliance cuz the ACLU had sued to make the jail install AC for the locked-up niggers. We were so cold (in summer) that we stuffed wet toilet paper in the vents. The guards, pissed, made us unblock it, and withheld dinner. Fuck Fairfax Country.
