While i somewhat agree, giving free gibs to them teaches them a wrong lesson also. That you can and will get things for free, special prvileges because you are a refugee.

You make a good point, and clearly stating why they're being given such access would be a decent idea. Maybe even make it mandatory, as part of a civics lesson for all immigrants.
