Koeans open stores in black neighborhoods, where nobody else will open stores. They have a lot of theft, vandalism, problems. They charge what they have to charge to stay in business. It's capitalism. If Jews or whites want to come in and open a store and undercut their prices, they are free to do so, but they never do because of the headaches of running a store in a black neighborhood. Things are so bad today, I don't think even the Koreans can keep a store going in these areas.
