I agree, but we can do more.
Stop HIV shaming, give our proud Men, women and nonbinary a medal for being so brave with HIV, make it part of their uniform so nobody can bully them over it.
....ignore the fact that I wont go near them when they are bleeding and will make sure to stand outside the splash radius in battle.

I'd start with a HIV Positive ribbon. A jew ribbon would be good as well.

Make the whole uniform glow in the dark in a rainbow pattern and send them on night ops with UV gear.
