This is a new angle on the food supply pressure by reducing the use of agricultural pesticides. A farmer will know whether their problem is lack of pollination or bugs destroying their crop. If their worry was pollination then they would demand pollinator safe insecticide and the market would produce it. I admit this may be a case of people trying to force their preferences on me through the court, but if there were an engineered famine agenda this would also be a good step.
