I'm a firm believer in the principle that there are no innocents in a conspiracy. So if a teen gets "seduced" by an adult, the adult needs to go to prison for a long time, and the teen needs to go to some sort of facility for dipshits and delinquents for at least a few months. Because I am also a firm believer in the principle that by the time you're a teenager, you fucking well know better, and are therefore deliberately making bad choices because you know you'll be forgiven for them because youth. So for these brats I envision taking the school-to-prison pipeline and widening the pipeline and greasing it a bit for better throughput.
