I have no problem with that definition. According to the overwhelming majority of our culture men have penises and women have vaginas, period. So, transwomen are not women and those who think so are mentally ill.

Women have two X chromosomes and are typically born with a vagina. I only use the word typically there, because hermaphrodites do exist though are exceedingly rare. That's it.
Hermaphrodites are anomalies, just like people born with Down syndrome, or without limbs...

I highly suspect hermaphrodites are chimaeras where there a male twin absorbs a female twin or vice versa in utero at a point after the genitals are formed. I'd be interested in taking DNA samples to test whether the genitals have the same DNA or whether they have the same chromosomes. Also take DNA sample from the scalp to wee if there is a mismatch between genitals and brain.
