How do they plan to get around the first amendment? They push through ahead and then maybe it gets struck down years later--maybe! Perhaps they'll work with banks and other institutions to cancel you for wrongspeech and wrongthink. Sort of like what they already are doing, but more out in the open. Sort of like "We're not making laws restricting speech. We're simply letting your employer know about your online activities."
If they were able to convince and coerce the whole world you needed an experimental non approved gene therapy to fight the flu.
Do you really think they are scared to silence you into submission now?
Citizen, truth be told the constitution is simply something we can easily work around by passing "laws" that side step, i mean, enhance your rights. Look at the second amandment. Its stronger than ever.
They plan to abuse people unconstitutionally until it gets to a judge, appeal it to SCOTUS, then ratchet it back one notch and repeat until SCOTUS says it's okay.
In the meantime the intimidation will stifle free speech.
