This part of how they plan to make sure that you have a "car subscription". You wont need to replace that car.. You just have to pay a subscription to be allowed to be *in* a car at all. I am sure there will be some subscription levels too. Probably wont change what kind of car you get much but it will change if you can actually get one when you need it even if you schedule in advance. "Oh, sorry. Your neighbor has a gold level subscription so we gave the care that you planned for 2 weeks in advance to them at a 2 minute notice. Would you like to learn how you can upgrade to gold level"?
