If a judge on a case is allowed to take judicial notice of facts commonly known by persons of average intelligence, then Kentanjew Jackson has just declared that she as a judge is a retard and needs litigants to hire biologists to figure out if someone is a woman (and entitled to sue under a protected category under federal law).
