To a small degree it is a spectrum, what they are doing is normalizing the extremes far beyond what would occur in a stable and natural population.

A spectrum doesn't come in degrees; it is a spectrum or it is not a spectrum. Sex is not a spectrum by the very definition of the term.

A spectrum is a condition that is not limited to a specific set of values.

Something with exactly two very specific sets of values/possibilities -male or female- is not a "spectrum" ...unless you consider anything with more than a single possibility as constituting a spectrum.

Edit Adding another definition:

A whole range of possible ideas or qualities

By this definition, if you have Option A and Option B then the whole range of possibilities is exactly two; A or B. I guess technically that could be considered a spectrum as the possible range of values is greater than one. But still it is or it isn't a spectrum, not to a small or large degree a spectrum.

A light switch has two states; on and off. It is 1 or 0. It isn't to some small degree one or the other. There is no spectrum of it being 1.1, 1.2, or 1.9. The circuit is completed or it is not. The outlet is energized or it is not. You shove a knife into it and you get shocked/electrocuted or you do not get shocked/electrocuted.

Then again, I'm not a master electrician so what do I know about light switches.

If a judge on a case is allowed to take judicial notice of facts commonly known by persons of average intelligence, then Kentanjew Jackson has just declared that she as a judge is a retard and needs litigants to hire biologists to figure out if someone is a woman (and entitled to sue under a protected category under federal law). So thanks leftist idiots for making all women stand on shakey ground when the facts of their case include that they are a woman as women now have to prove they are a woman in court with a biologist and perhaps their opponent in the lawsuit will demand a medical exam to harrass them.
