It's way more than just those two states, it is over a dozen countries planning on banning the sale of new gas powered vehicles. Naturally the ban on all gas vehicles will follow. The people there are not that insane but the gov't is and doesn't care what suffering this will cause. As a matter of fact the suffering this will cause is likely one of the goals of this shit. The "Progressives" won't rest until we're progressed into mud hut living multigendered slaves.
