This is wrong, I fully support the new technologies coming out but there must be purely mechanical, uninterruptable kill switches for all these vehicles. I would also argue that any drive-by-wire systems must have mechanical bypasses which PHYSICALLY/MECHANICALLY override all control systems.
Only then can we be sure that vehicle cyber attacks can be prevented.
