Tom Holland is actually ripped, first off. Second, the whole idea of Spider Man isn't supposed to be some super masculine guy that's greek gymnast tier. A main focus of the lore was him finding strength in his super powers despite being deceptively agile and strong. They're playing off of spiders looking tiny to humans, but actually being incredibly strong, able to jump crazy distances comparatively to other creatures of proportional size. I'll save you the explanation about Iron Man and Dr. Strange though, because it's mostly the same explanation.
