The Chad meme is built like I am. Shoulders are big, traps are too small, lats are big, triceps too small, forearms are big, upper chest too small.

I hate it. I work hard to correct the imbalances. I'm getting there.

Don't obsess about the perfect look like women do and spend hours looking at yourself in the mirror. Do a good workout and eat healthy. If you don't have the perfect muscle balance that may be genetic.

I absolutely enjoy sculpting my body into perfection.

I do power building. Combination of strength and bodybuilding.

Other than retirement, I will continue to obsess about building the perfect body until I obtain my goals. I am much further along these last five years than when I started. It is a journey and I love traveling to the destination.

I have naturally poor genetics for calves. I have worked them very hard and now they are almost normal size. Proof that the work I am putting in to create symmetric lines, is working.
