Yeah I just stopped adding all their offenses because the post would honestly just be too long.

Just sit down and try to think of all the ways they're attacking you and your kind and you'll be shocked how much of it is "normal" that you don't even really think about it, but once you collate it all together and are conscious about it. Well, let me know how you feel after that.
