I read it.

It wasn't anything special and it really had no insights of value. Mostly, it read like it was written by a child that has no understanding of how humans work, how society works and how socialization in social animals like our species works.

I also recommend that people read it, it's a valuable insight into what appears to either be a child that had autism or a smart child that got fucked by being called smart. Smart kids are usually smart in a vertical like math or science or language and everyone calls them smart all their lives so they end up believing it. Smart kids usually end in failure, Ted kind of reads like that.

Good to know random guy on the web thinks he knew better than one of the greatest minds of our generation.

I mean, good point. I do come across as a jackass. I just might be one.

I have tried to read a lot of the stuff our side either collects or writes, and a lot of it is lacking. Some have posted that he made some good points, yeah can't deny that either.

Fair point.

Lol. As an intelligent person, I can tell you that what he wrote was intelligent, and you are coping for some weird reason. Sure it wasn't mindblowing, but it was a good concise summary with an obvious analytical depth to it that most people cannot comprehend by themselves.

Wasn't he put through some MK-ULTRA type shit when he was younger?

They shipped him off to MIT by the time he was 16, put him in a special dorm, and secretly dosed him with LSD for a few years.

you might need to read it again

No, no I don't. I am in IT and I have cross domain expertice and substantial body of experience at all organizational levels including very large companies.

I can assure you, I don't need to read what that crank wrote to any degree again.

// EDIT: However, since you tangentially kinda imply some of this, I could rewrite it into something more coherent with past explanatory power and reasonable future predictive power. Mind you, rewriting his manifesto is not really a good format anyway, there are better methods and solutions that can be used to move us forward in a way that is strategically more valuable than trying to show the world how smart the author is.

A rewrite in a 'Dummies' form might be fun, with explanations every few paragraphs, etc. I found it all a bit dense and uptight.

oh fuck you

you already know everything huh?

I agree with some of that, but I also think that the experiments he participated in while at Harvard probably damaged him in some pretty unimaginable ways. Don't get me wrong, I think he's still responsible for what he's done, but his points about technology being used to enslave and control were, and are valid.
