Why would anyone attend an event like this?

My brother in laws family always showed up and they’d all have the flu, it was annoying because I knew within days I’d catch it and the old people there also got it and survived.
This is all about nothing and making unimportant people feel important.

Some people are scared to death of covid.
I can't necessarily completely fault them, the government(s) has drilled how deadly and dangerous this stuff is into people's heads for the last two years, and it can break some down.
It's like people not going back to work. Guess what, government, your psy-op worked.
Here’s the crazy thing about them being scared to death and a psyop, they all go out to stores, restaurants, parties, bars and clubs.
Secondly how many people do they know that have died of covid, not a friend of a friend or a friend of a coworker but an actual person the hung out with.
I don’t think the people who won’t go back to work ever wanted to work, this is just an excuse to push for UBI. Even if everyone’s vaccinated they’ll find an excuse.
Yeah, everyone now who is going back to work has. I was thinking more of around January of this year when the UE numbers were still high.
Companies that need people now are ones that are late to the game and trying to compete for the few people left, or ones that have never had enough people to work for them. There's also the usual suspects that simply like to whine they don't have enough people, but they'll never find anyone because they want to whine.
I can't imagine what it would be like to actually believe the government when they say things. Must be horrible. A fear filled, precarious existence.
I had a Dr. Appointment yesterday. Didn't wear or even touch a mask. They offered one to me and I looked her in the eyes with a "No." and no response other than normal checkin things.
I went to sit down and there was an older wife / husband (50s-60s). The husband looked at me, looked at his wife and said something like "Let's go".
I started audibly chuckling and muttered "coward". Guy replied "Yeah real funny."
I just laughed louder then. People are so weak and timid.
I usually look at people and tell them I do not have the death vaxx, therefore just by being around me they and their entire family for 10 generations shall die for I am plague and they are weak.
