Why does it say the first female 4 star general? He has a prostate gland, was born with a penis and testicles, while also having an adam's apple. How is that a female?

Can I identify as black and get a free scholarship? What a joke and embarrassment. Any true soldier or doctor who acknowledges this sick and disgusting pig of a male gendered/sex is betraying their hippocratic oath.
