The Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Section 48 is quite clear. It is only lawful to discriminate on the basis that a person has an infectious disease. It is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of a propensity (actual or perceived) to contract a disease. These laws were written during the AIDS epidemic in the early 1990s, during that time contracting AIDS was literally a death sentence. These laws were put in place to prevent people from discriminating against faggots based on their propensity to have and spread AIDS. Even if you knew that the faggot was a bug chaser who had regular unprotected butt sex with infected faggots, it would still be illegal to discriminate against them on the basis of their propensity to catch the disease. The notion that people who do not want to get the jab are selfish and irresponsible is irrelevant, as the perceived or actual selfishness of people makes NO difference to the law.
