Go old school. Have weekly parties at a friends house that's out of the city town in the boonies with a large yard with tunes cranked on a stereo and a BBQ or half metal drum filled with coals and a pig on an 8 ft rod cooking for 6 hrs. Best times and then have everyone pitch in 5 or 10 bucks for a few kegs. That bar will be empty for a few weeks on the weekend and then they'll drop that rule really fast when profits are almost zero or in the red. If the businesses like restaurants and bars basically give you the finger over the lethal injection then make a plan that doesn't require them making a profit and you still having a great time. Get permits if necessary for a large fire to roast the pig and let the local guys in blue know you'll be having a wild party. "remember to take the keys away from anyone trying to drive "punch in the head if necessary" , since the owner will be responsible if anyone dies from a drunk driver including the driver".
