CA community colleges are going to push to require ethnic studies courses to graduate. There needs to be a 'European White studies] course to teach about the diversity of culture, language, social customs, and history of the white people. Anyone who looks at white people and doesn't recognize it is a very diverse category needs to be educated about that point.
