I've seen the pamphlets that they give to pediatricians but I can't find a picture, I'll ask people I know in the field. However, it is open knowledge that its legal for the makers (pfizer, GSK etc) to pay doctors to give vaccines. That is well documented, but the insurance thing I'm less sure of
