I have had a similar experience. It seems typical for a lot of people. If an issue springs up I will notify you and feel free to do the same. If they hear from more that one person, perhaps they will realize that its a serious problem. Doesn’t seem like they’re comprehending the full extent of the problem when only one person complains about it. Does this make sense to you? Are you on voat?
