PA did eliminate registration stickers as well a couple of years back. That just means the police license plate scanners work well and the slowly universal database is getting better, which is worse for everyone. > Why aren't horses, bikes, and shoes required to be registered? They would if it was beneficial for taxation without blowback. Cars did not have to be "registered" at one time. Workers didn't have to pay "income tax" at one point.
